Cecilia is a Finnish actor/director based in Helsinki. As an actor she has worked both on screen and on stage since she graduated from the Theater Academy in Helsinki 2005. Directing is something she has recently started to enjoy more and more.

Her mother tongue is Swedish but she speaks fluently both Finnish and English. She also speaks Dutch and some German because of her Dutch and German roots.

2010-2022 she was a member of the cast at the Swedish National Theater in Helsinki, Finland.

Since 2024 she is a part of the management team at Sirius Teatern. Sirius Teatern is located at Konepaja in Vallila, Helsinki.

She gets inspired by cross over projects, innovative, imaginative and well functioning working groups with a wide diversity in etnicity, gender identity, and sexual orientation, ideas and expertice.

Scripts with strong female leads is near to her heart.

She loves to work with kind hearted proffessionals who aim high. Having fun while working is also something she appreciates highly.
